Strasbourg, 14 March 2024 – QPerfect is joining forces with EPITA: Ecole d’Ingénieurs en Informatique, a leading computer science school to offer their students majoring in Computer Science and Quantum Technologies the use of our simulator MIMIQ-Circ.
EPITA students will be able to:
• Test and optimize quantum algorithms at a scale and fidelity greater than current quantum machines
• Anticipate the operation and performance of future so-called “FTQC” (fault-tolerant) computers
• Acquire a sought-after skill and join the IT teams of the world’s largest companies in the energy, life sciences and finance sectors.
We would like to thank Sylvain Goussot, Director General of EPITA, who stated “EPITA is enriching its Computer Science and Quantum Technologies Major by joining forces with QPerfect, which offers our students a remarkable quantum computer emulator. EPITA is proud to welcome QPerfect among the twenty industrial partners who support students in this innovative Major.”
We look forward to also working closely with Axel Ferrazzini, head of the Computer Science and Quantum Technologies Major at EPITA, whose statement regarding MIMIQ-Circ summaries precisely the benefits of our simulator “QPerfect’s MimiQ solution helps precisely emulate the operation of quantum computers. It is an ideal tool for Major students to model quantum computers as faithfully as possible but also control equipment, in order to carry out evaluation, comparisons and prototyping. Its use as a digital twin offers students a huge opportunity to train and develop rich and ambitious projects.”
