QPerfect will not process, host or transfer information collected from users to another country. QPerfect undertakes to take all necessary precautions to safeguard the security of the information collected and in particular that it is not communicated to unauthorized persons. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of a user’s information should affect or be brought to the attention of QPerfect, QPerfect shall promptly inform the user and communicate the corrective measures taken.

Any user has a right to access, ask for a rectification, a deletion and make an opposition regarding the personal data referring to him collected by the present site.

In order to exercise this right, the user should send his request to by email: specifying the address to which the answer should be sent.

In the interests of confidentiality and the protection of personal Data, QPerfect must ensure the identity of the person before responding to such a request. The user must therefore identify him/herself by presenting a copy of his/her identity document (identity card or passport).


Any dispute related to the use of the site is subject to French law. Except in cases where the law does not allow it, exclusive jurisdiction is conferred on the competent courts of Strasbourg.
